Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine Enactus BCIT’s sponsorship strategy.

This role combines leadership and hands-on technical expertise, balancing innovation with sustainability. You’ll help keep the team accountable, coordinate resources, and act as the bridge between the exec team and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the rebuild of Ecometer in a modern JavaScript framework, porting the legacy site into a reimagined web app.

Lead and support team members, ensuring accountability for deliverables.

Communicate project feasibility and direction to the executive team.

Manage access to project platforms, tools, and systems.

Ensure the project roadmap aligns with club goals and available resources.

Qualifications:

Experience leading small teams and managing collaborative projects.

Full stack development knowledge and experience in any ecosystem.

Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks.

Understanding of MVC architecture (Rails, Django, Laravel, etc.); Ruby on Rails is a plus.

SQL proficiency, with current use of PostgreSQL.

• Write, test, and document clean code for the Ecometer platform.
